[Targeted] AmEx Offer: Dell (Spend $599+ & Get $100/10,000) & Lenovo (Spend $300, Get $60/6,000)

The Offers

Lenovo

No direct link, targeted offer

  • Get a one-time $60 statement credit or 6,000 Membership Rewards points when you use your enrolled card to spend a minimum of $300+ in one or more transactions online at www3.lenovo.com by November 16th, 2017

Dell

No direct link, targeted offer

  • Get a one-time $100 statement credit or 10,000 Membership Rewards points when you use your enrolled card to spend a minimum of $599+ in one or more transactions online at dell.com by October 31st, 2017

Our Verdict

Lenovo & Dell lets you split payment online so if you have the offer across multiple cards and you’re spending $600+ you can actually get the bonus twice (by using two or more cards). I believe the limit is 3 cards, more information at payments workshop. Dell offer isn’t as generous as it usually is, standard offer is spend $300 and get $75 back and the offer expires before we get well and truly into business holiday season (Lenovo also expires before Black Friday/Cyber Monday)

EBates is currently paying out 10% for Dell

  2. JASON says:

I never thought of using two AE cards for the double offers on the same deal. I guess that would be targeted to some prepaid cards like Serve?

  3. P says:

I have both in a few cards but have no need for electronics computers or other gadgets. What else can you buy at these stores?

  4. Div says:

I got Lenovo offer on all cards which is of no use to me. Would have used Dell offer.

  5. Ravi says:

Is there a way to earn cashback bonus through the portal like topcashback if I place my order through phone? The reason behind placing an order through the phone is to be able to split the payment into more than 2 credit cards on Lenovo.

  6. Chris F. says:

I received an Amex offer on my Everyday card for 5000 MR points after purchasing a Prime subscription. I tried buying a gifted subscription for myself; didn’t receive the email from Amex yet confirming use. If it works, you can keep the subscription or even convert it to Amazon credit upon receipt, so essentially paying tax on a $99 purchase for 5k MR points.
